About Me
My journey has been shaped by navigating complex careers, neurodivergence, health challenges, and major life transitions. Along the way, I learned that willpower alone isn’t enough—and that the traditional “push through it” advice often leaves people feeling broken when the system, not the person, is the real problem.
What changed everything for me was learning how to work with my brain, my nervous system, and my values instead of constantly fighting them. I began to understand that clarity, sustainability, and fulfillment don’t come from fixing yourself—they come from understanding yourself.
Today, I bring together lived experience, professional training, and deep empathy to help others do the same. I work with people who are smart, motivated, and overwhelmed—people who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from who they know they are meant to be. My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real life, not perfection.
I believe growth doesn’t have to be painful to be meaningful. You don’t need to become someone else to move forward—you just need the right support, tools, and space to reconnect with yourself. My work is about helping you build a life that actually fits you.

I work with adults who are ready to make meaningful changes but aren’t sure where to start. Many of my clients are juggling busy lives, navigating career transitions, or managing the ups and downs of ADHD while trying to find balance and purpose. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting more direction, I help you find clarity, build confidence, and take steady steps toward the life you want to create.
How I Do It
My coaching style is collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth. I believe lasting change happens when we combine self-awareness with practical action. In our sessions, we’ll focus on understanding your patterns, setting clear and realistic goals, and finding strategies that work with your unique strengths and challenges—not against them. I use a blend of reflective conversation, mindset tools, and accountability to help you stay grounded and make progress that feels authentic and sustainable
